Refunds will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered or soiled with tags attached.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please return it within 10 days of delivery for replacement or store credit.
Vai Fitness Clothing is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made with 10 days of receipt and reported to Customer Service.
