Special Event at Vai: Athletic Integrity Method

What happens when Pilates meets athletic precision?
Join us at Vai Fitness for a 2.5-hour Athletic Integrity Method Workshop, a dynamic training experience designed for Pilates clients who want to deepen their practice and challenge their bodies in a new way.
The Athletic Integrity Method blends athletic intensity with biomechanical precision. Rather than simply moving faster or adding resistance, this approach focuses on maintaining alignment, stability, and control even as the body works under greater demand.
During this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore how to:
• Build strength while maintaining pelvic and rib cage stability
• Improve shoulder integration and upper-body control
• Develop muscular endurance without sacrificing alignment
• Move with greater precision under dynamic load
• Train athletically while protecting joint integrity
Expect an engaging training environment with extended hands-on practice, coaching, and opportunities to refine your movement patterns.
