Membership Contract Cancellation Instructions

Please use the following instructions if you wish to cancel your membership auto-renewal or terminate your membership contract early. Instructions vary slightly depending on your login method.

Logging in from a desktop web browser:

Go to “My Account” and log in
Select “Passes” from the menu
Scroll down to and select “Manage or cancel contract” (near the bottom)
Select the drop down arrow on the right side of your contract
Select “Cancel auto-renewal” to cancel your contract’s auto renewal, or
Select “Terminate” to end you contract immediately

Logging in from your mobile device:

Go to "My Account" and log in
Tap on the small circle with you initials on the right side
Tap “Passes”
Scroll down to “Manage or cancel contract” and select
Select the drop down arrow on the right side of your contract
Select “Cancel auto-renewal” to cancel your contract’s auto renewal, or
Select “Terminate” to end you contract immediately

Using the Mindbody App:

Go to the Mindbody app and select “Vai Fitness”
From the lower right hand side tap “Profile”
Tap the gear icon on the top right
Select “Manage or cancel contracts”
Select the drop down arrow on the right side of your contract
Select “Cancel auto-renewal” to cancel your contract’s auto renewal, or
Select “Terminate” to end you contract immediately
