Community Classes for a Cause
Saturday, November 15, 8am - 2pm

We’ve always been more than a studio. We are a community built on strength, compassion, and connection. And right now, our community needs us.

 

Families across San Diego are being hit hard by the Federal shutdown and SNAP benefit pause. Many are going without pay checks and struggling to pay rent and put food on the table. So I’m asking for your help in the best way we know how;  through movement and giving.

 

Join us for Sweat to Support: Community Classes for a Cause on Saturday, November 15th, from 8 AM to 2 PM at Vai Fitness Studio.

 

We’ll be hosting a full lineup of Reformer + Group Training, Circuit Pilates, Bounce (Trampoline), and Mat Pilates — where every drop of sweat makes a difference.

💛 Donate what you can ($10, $20, $50) or bring non-perishable food items.

💛 100% of proceeds go directly to the San Diego Food Bank to support families in need.
